HKFYG App
Mobile apps have become the most convenient - and fun - way for people to stay in touch, access information and even perform specific tasks. The Federation's app is no different. As the one-stop shop where you can find everything there is to know about HKFYG, this is what you want on your smart phone!

The Federation's app has information on programmes, activities and services. It helps with membership and volunteer news, tells users how to get free tickets for events, and special deals through member-only exclusive discounts. It even helps partners promote their brands.

Every Wednesday the app offers hot city items. Today, for example, you can get the new single《變身》from Cory Pang (彭湘淇).

The survey gauged youth's views of Hong Kong and discovered what makes them passionate in their home town. Among the 558 young people interviewed, the 15-24 year-olds felt they belonged more strongly than the 25-34 year-olds. The widening poverty gap, high property prices, pressure at work, poor constitutional development and poor quality environment were the main complaints. Features of Hong Kong which gave the most pleasure included Hong Kong's fame as a food and shopping paradise and freedom of information. In answer to an open question, respondents named outstanding icons ranging from Victoria Harbour to freedom of speech. Chinese press release here. Call Sharon, tel 3755 7039 to know more.
