communication media for exam stress
Students' worries about being competitive at tertiary level are central to stress at senior secondary school. Their anxiety is often augmented by parental expectations. The Federation encourages students and parents to share their concerns by contacting the Exam Broadband 2777 1112 telephone hotline, MSN or Facebook fan page.

The changes in Hong Kong's examination system are making some students more anxious than ever. Exam-related stress is very much part of the local youth culture and counsellors at the Federation can help those who need advice or guidance.

One of our most popular counselling media is MSN instant messenger, f7@27771112.hk. There is a fan page on Facebook at www.facebook.com/27771112.hk for staying in touch, and the phone hotline Exam Broadband 2777 1112 is on standby. We think it's very important to keep these channels open at all peak periods and we encourage all concerned to get in touch.
